Schiphol Airport railway station has facilities and services to help reduced mobility passengers. The station is fitted with raised platforms, adapted toilets, lifts and escalators.

A dedicated assistance service is also available. Reserve via the online assistance request form at avg.ns.nl.

We recommend that passengers who would like wheelchair spaces on board trains reserve them under their own names prior to travel.

There's a police station at Schiphol Plaza (near Terminal 3), which is located nearby Schiphol Airport railway station's entrance and exit.

Additionally, "Safety & Service" security officers patrol the station and trains to ensure passenger safety.

Three Dutch public transport providers serve Schiphol Airport railway station: Connexxion, GVB and Arriva.

Note: To get to the city centre of Amsterdam, take bus line 197. There are 4 connections every hour.
