If you need to organise international train travel for a group of 10 people and more (including school trips) our Groups service is here to help.

You can book your group trip by sending the request form at the bottom of this page.

Opening hours from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

An administrative charge will apply to group travel bookings:

  • €3 per passenger for groups of 10 to 40 participants
  • €120 per order for groups of 41 to 100 participants
  • €175 per order for groups of 101 participants and more

Request for an international group reservation

Fill in the details for group trip (minimum 10 paying passengers in the same travel class). After receiving your request, our group service will send you a price indication by e-mail. Please reply to this e-mail as soon as possible to secure the lowest prices.

Important notice: your group request must be submitted at least 3 weeks before travel.

* Unless expressly stated otherwise, all fares quoted are per person/per leg (VAT included) based on an online reservation for a 2nd class return from Brussels. Please note, terms and conditions apply. Tip: As the number of seats at the lowest fares on Eurostar, TGV INOUI and ICE trains is limited, we recommend that you book your trip as early as possible. Most international trains allow reservations to be made from 4 months before the date of departure. On ICE trains, booking is possible as early as 180 days before departure, and on Eurostar, booking is possible from min. 157 and max. 277 days before departure, depending on the time of the year.).

Orders made on this website involve payment obligation. You do not have a right of withdrawal in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law.
