Your journey begins at the Paris Nord station, where before boarding the Eurostar trains, you will have to go through check-in. As Great Britain isn’t included in the Schengen Area, verification of identity and travel documents is required. During these security checks, baggage and passengers alike need to go through a scanner.
Check-in takes place in a specially designed area, locaed on the the upper floor of the station (level 1). This area also offers various recreational facilities for when you’re waiting to board your train to London. Relax in one of the cafés, shops or comfortable lounge areas before your departure.

Once aboard Eurostar, you’ll travel to London – through the Channel Tunnel – at 300 km/h and in only 2:20. The train’s terminus is London St Pancras International. Ideally located in the city centre, this train station provides easy access to other means of public transportation, as well as many of the city’s tourist attractions.
