Due to a strike in Belgium, the rail service on the Belgian rail network will be limited from Monday 28 April (10 pm) to Tuesday 29 April 2025 included.
An alternative train service will be drawn up based on available train staff. Take this alternative train service into account if you need to take a domestic connection in Belgium before or after your international train journey, or if you need to take our regional trains shortly across the border (Roosendaal, Maastricht, Aachen, Luxembourg, Lille or Maubeuge). More details on this alternative train service will be available 24h in advance on www.belgiantrain.be.
For the time being, we still don't know the possible impact of this strike on international trains (EuroCity, Eurocity Direct, TGV INOUI, Eurostar, OUIGO, ICE etc.). We advise to check this page regularly for further updates.
Due to planned engineering works between Halle and Braine-le-Comte, the OUIGO service between Brussels and Paris will be diverted via Nivelles and Erquelinnes on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 May 2025, resulting in longer journey times and no intermediate stop in Mons that weekend.
Please check the adapted schedules before you depart.
