In addition to the classic skiing activities, there are also many other fun things to do. Explore the slopes by bike with FatBike, for example. There is also a large sports complex with a swimming pool and a bowling alley for you to hang out on days when the weather is bad.
2 | La Plagne
At La Plagne, you can ski 425 km of slopes, 70% of which are located above 2000 m altitude. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced skier, you will find what you are looking for! For those who are not afraid of heights, the VertiGO offers a 360° panorama of the surrounding nature at 380m above ground. The others will enjoy from Buffalo Park, a slope inspired by Colorado. Accessible to all, fun is guaranteed for the whole family!
3 | Tignes
The Tignes ski resort is perfect for anyone looking for thrills. Fly with a paraglider over the slopes and admire them from a different angle. If you want to do something different from skiing for a day, dive under the snow in the frozen lake of Tignes-le-lac. Tip: plan this activity on a sunny day and enjoy rainbow colours and light circles under the surface of the snow.
4 | Les Arcs
The ski resort of Les Arcs has been focusing on innovation in recent years. Take the panoramic footbridge at the top of the Aiguille Rouge. They are doing everything they can to make this high-altitude site easily accessible to skiers and non-skiers alike. Be sure to take some time to discover the local traditions of Bourg-St-Maurice: visit La Maison de la Pomme or the Haute-Tarentaise dairy cooperative.
