• Please pre-book mobility assistance at least 48 hours prior to departure for international travel to or from Belgium. For assistance abroad on journeys beginning or ending outside Belgium, please contact the appropriate train company in the appropriate country.
• We recommend that passengers who would like wheelchair spaces on board trains reserve them under their own names prior to travel.

Rotterdam Centraal train station is served by metro, bus and tram lines, as well as by RandstadRail (metro between Rotterdam and The Hague).

There are several parking options around Rotterdam Centraal:

• Two multi-storey, pay-and-display car parks. Access via the Proveniersplein square and Karel Doormanstraat (no. 10). Open 24/7.

• Bicycle parking: a secure cycle park protected by a surveillance system is located in front of the station on Stationsplein square. A second self-service cycle park is located in a nearby street. Spaces specifically designated for bicycles are free.
• Kiss & Ride: passenger drop-off at each end of the station: on the North side of the station, on Proveniersplein square, and on the south side, on Delftseplein square (parking prohibited).
